Talking Google Maps 5.1 is out

don't know where to post this. It is the latest from Google.

Get Google Maps with Navigation (Beta), Places with Hotpot, and Latitude

*Navigation: Free, voice-guided GPS navigation system
*Places with Hotpot: Find, rate, and get recommendations for places
*Latitude: See friends on the map and check in at places

Keywords: Google Maps, Navigation, Places, Hotpot, Latitude, directions

Recent changes:
* Check in at places with Google Latitude to let friends know you're there.
* Get automatically checked out when you leave.
* Turn on automatic check-ins at places you choose or check-in notifications in Latitude's settings.

Latest version: 5.1.0 (for all Android versions)
Douchebag Level: Maximum

is it possible for anyone to upload the latest Google Maps apks on this thread? My problem is that i get the stupid 'not supported by your carrier' error when attempting to update. I have been able to update my google maps to 5.0 from outside the market and it is working fine, so i really don't understand the carrier related error. Please, anyone? Its free after all.

They need to stop cluttering up Gmaps with useless stuff. Becoming bloated slowly but surely.

Yes, 5.2.0 is the new version of Google maps.

What's in this version:
- Post your reviews of places to Twitter.
- Check in at places with Google Latitude to earn status and share with friends.
- Ping Latitude friends to ask them to check in. Friends will get a check-in request notification from you.
- Search for a place to check in from Latitude if it's not in the suggested list of plac
