Xoom has 2x 3250 mAh batteries. They are in series so it reads out as only 3250.

Well this is disappointing. I was expecting the Galaxy tab 10.1 to have 24 hours of video playback, lol.

Definitely. Well the iPad has something like a 6200mAh battery too and it gets like ~10 or 11 hours of playback depending.

It may have two batteries, I don't know. Though the guy doesn't know much about electricity. If there are two 3250mah batteries, they would have to be in parallel to show 3250mah, not series. If they were in series, it would show 6500mah.
