DONATE TO ME
Default [Q] Who is going to end up importing there Wifi only Xoom?

Looks like Motorola might be holding off on the Wifi only version. I have read a couple articles that say they may hold it off indefinitely. Reports are that they are going to release a Wifi version to the UK in Q2. So the question is who is going to hold off till Moto releases in the US and who is going to import there xoom asap?
Current: HTC EVO 4G LTE
Alternate: T-Mobile HTC HD2
KIA: HTC EVO 3D (Yes it will blend)
Retired: HTC EVO 4G (OG)
Retired: HTC Touch Diamond
Tablet: Asus Transformer Prime
Tablet KIA: Asus Transformer

I have the Viewsonic Gtab and I want to replace it with a proper Honeycomb tablet but I'm going to wait for the price to drop on the Xoom or the Wifi only version in the US. I'm also planning to See how the Samsung, LG, Toshiba and Asus tabs look and may hold out for one of those. Leaning towards Samsung or LG.

If moto doesn't produce a Wifi only for the US before Toshiba does I will get the Toshiba tablet.

I misread your post.

My original plan was to wait for the WiFi XOOM, not import it.

But thanks to a dimwitted employee's work on the Moto Amazon store, I don't have to now.

My thoughts exactly. I can't imagine they will wait too long for WiFi only though, since it's passed the FCC
