[Q] Desperately need advices! TY already

My son said today that hes zte blade wont work. And it wont.
when i switched power on, first it shows green android logo on the screen after that it goes to mode that shows you text (ZTE it is blue font and continues with some chinese fonts which are white coloured) in this mode this phone doesnt react
to any button functions, you havety take cell off to shut the device.

But when i switched the power on again it showed this green android logo, but then i quikly pushed power switch and +button at the same time and waited 20 sec it went FTM mode. But i cant do nothing??????????
So what to do???????????
