Default [Q] android web tracking etc...

Hello, I'm looking to find out how droid cookies , flash cookies and other web tracking works, typically in a windows environment flash cookies can be tracked even through user accounts.(unless you use firefox and better privacy addon) My question is, if I clear my history etc... Uninstall reboot, reinstallchange ips... Can I be traced?

Does nobody know? Is therea central location where apps look at other apps data? Would clearing/uninstaaling remove all possible traces that a reinstall could see?

I run an ebay business and I can't have multiple accounts linked together. Unfortunately on the nook. Its not safe to keep nandroiding and restoring stuff.. Like I do on my phone.
