[Q] Rom have Video Call option???

Please tell me rom have Video call option (phoenix 3.5 has but phoenix 4.0 or later is not). I need video call very much. Thanks all.

why? the only way it will work is if you are running an i9000 or a modded vibrant. if thats the case, use a rom made for you phone.
