[Q] Galaxy S 4G Camera SUCKS vs Vibrant

Ok, so I have a samsung vibrant and loved the phone, upgraded me and my wife to the new 4G and noticed the camera quality is horrid. Its like night and day, in good light or bad light the 4G takes horrible pictures compaired to the vibrant. Compare the two side by side and you will see. Im so mad. Anyone else have this issue? Oh and dont get me started on the ffc quality. useless. My wifes same resolution MT4G ffc was awesome compaired to this crap.

My cameras work fine on both the Vibrant & the 4G. Yours might be defective? I will play with them again tomorrow now that you mentioned this, just out of curiosity.

I agree, I dont like the camera quality of the front face compared to the mt4g at all, also you can't switch to front face in yahoo video chat, oovoo, or camcorder mode unless using qik, the mt4g had no problem switching to front face at all

as far as the rear camera quality, i found that my vibrant 4g came set on a very low resolution from the factory, check the settings in the camera and make sure its set to 5mp.

My camara quality is great!! My bro has the regular vibrant and its just as gd. My ffc pictures are great 2 if the lighting is gd but if its dark the picture sucks but that's cuz it lightens it up. You must have bad phone
