Is this newer than the radio that's been floating around lately from 2.3.3? I fastboot installed XXKB1. Where did this B3 come from?

I also successfully flashed the radio to KB3 using
Code:
fastboot flash radio *kb3.img
There seems to have no more reception/internet weirdness.
