General Errors

I have some bugs/problems that i don't know if they're normal.
I've tried Dexter 1.3d, 1.4, TNT 0.4a, the default rom, the oficial upgrade 2.2.5.0131 and they do all the same, some of the errors generally are:

-At the end of the benchmark Quadrant hangs ( Just after asking to send info)
-Any push application hangs the device completly.
-Randomly when I install some kind of applications that hangs my device ( Tango, google earth....) , when it restarts it starts hanging ALL the aplications including Homes ( Dialog saying 'Force close') and is unrecoverable, i have to do a Wipe..

I Wipe'd and reflashed the roms a lot of times, tried diferent types of Recovery img Kernels...nothing

I think it's got to be a hardware problem, but games like angry birds, or the navigator run perfectly all times for any long, so it cannot be hardware.

Is it just me? Is something i can do or test?
