Default HBoot Console
Has anyone been able to get an hboot console on the Hero? I'm trying these instructions:

but I'm not able to get a console. Actually, the PID of the phone remains 0x0FFF, as in fastboot mode, so I think my computer doesn't even see the phone when it is in hboot. Is it necessary to build a special cable for this?

I have been able to get an hboot console on other phones, using the same process.
