[REQ] LockScreen tailoring

I don't know how to do it, but i would like this lock screen for my ROM, Oxygen 2.0.1, someone please make it for me, and i do not have the icon sets, i just browsed another forum, and found this, i requested from him, but apparently he is not the author so no codes *sad*
