I have a question is there a ROM for Europe people, that has 2/3G switch in settings? Or maybe I can get it without flashing to a different ROM?

They are just different locales. I think XEN is for the Netherlands and DBT is German (not sure what BSE is). I know that XEN doesn't have a 2/3G switch, but I don't know about the others (though I doubt they do).
