Default [ROM-DEV] Honeycomb 3.0 Full sdk port for Nexus S **ALPHA 3.1** Updated *7/4/11*

What you all have been waiting for has finally arrived, Honeycomb for Nexus S and yes, it's sexy.

Credits:

First of all before I begin, I would like to give ALL credit over to bypass for letting me base off of his N1 sdk port and giving me a few pointers! Master and jumaaneface for helping me debug. DJ_Steve for massive help!

DJ_Steve has pretty much pointed me in the right direction for: Data, audio, gpu acceleration, and MASSIVE amount of debugging Thanks a million!
make sure you all thank him for alot i've accomplished.

thanks to apreichner who pointed to me the sgs port (which wasn't much help) but will be helping with testing and developing

Honeycomb Nexus S test alpha 3

What works: Touchscreen ( includes multitouch) , usb, sdcard, full gpu acceleration, audio speaker and headset , data , GPS

What doesn't: wifi, bt, camera/gallery, phone calls, voice search (at the moment) and more I can't remember.

Notice: If the screen becomes unresponsive to touch and/or stuck, a simple rotation will fix it. Sometimes, the home button (on screen and capacitive) won't work, just go to another app and go home from there, OR try pressing back. The performance was silking smooth and fast until I fixed data for some reason, now it's at a decent speed. I do plan on building a kernel to increase performance and optimize it in future updates.

Upon boot, you will experience a launcher2 FC and several Gapps like Geniewidget. Just ignore them and they go away

Included apps: All Google apps minus the SetupWizard including: Market, Gmail, Maps, Search, Navigation, Car home, Places, Books, Music 3.0, Genie widget, and Latitude , torch, and a file manager.

This is a pre-rooted ROM with su and superuser.

Requirements: root, Latest clockwork recovery

instructions: Full wipe required! and dalvik-cache wipe recommended.

MAKE A NANDROID!!! I am NOT responsible for anything you may do to your device as you all know.

Update will be through a nandroid (pre-cleaned)

1.Unzip nandroid and place inside "backup" folder inside the clockworkmod folder on your sdcard

2. Complete a FULL-WIPE before restoring, including dalvik-cache and cache.

3. Restore the nandroid.

4. Reboot and enjoy!!!
