[Q] "Static Background, scrolling overlay" wallpaper?

Member - OP Thanks Meter 3 Posts: 75 Join Date: Feb 2011	[Q] "Static Background, scrolling overlay" wallpaper? I know multipicture live wallpaper will give me different photos for each background, but is there anything to have a static picture, but with partially transparent pictures for each screen scrolling over the static one?
