[Q] WIFI & Bluetooth ERROR

Rooted my Evo with unrevoked 5 days ago. Installed normal set of apps from appbrain including wireless tether for root. Nothing fancy, no custom themes or extra roms. One day later, WIFI will not turn on. In settings, it states "ERROR" Bluetooth will also not enable. 4g & 3g no problems.

Things currently tried:
Factory Reset
Flashing Myn's Warm 2.2 RL5 (made nandroid backup first)
Reflashing Radio 2.15.00.11.19 (was at this version before)
Flashing Netarchy-Toastmod 4.2.1
Restoring the Nandroid backup

Phone is now back to stock config with the exception of Amon-Ra.
Baseband: 2.15.00.11.19
PRI: 1.77_003
PRL 60675
WiMax: 27167

Ideas? Bluetooth I can live without, wifi, slightly more important
