The theme can be installed via xRecovery.
For the theme and screenshots please check the attachments.

Choose the theme from Theme Chooser.

ummm......it actually does not work on x8....we need to recompile the theme and make it compatible with our phone....

Default CM7.0 RC1 DEVELOPMENT v003
I've tested and it works for CM7.0 RC1 DEVELOPMENT v003, just download the .apk for Theme Chooser from here.
