tools to develop WM7 homebrew

Hi,

I'm an iPhone and Android dev. I'm new to this forum and woud like to ask you all some questions:

1/ Could you please tell me which tools I should use to develop native app (use C++) for WM7 devices? Just the names only, I will search for them myself

2/ Is it possible to test native app on M$ simulator or I have to do something with it (patch e.g) to make it work?
