Nead help please !

sorry if my english is incorrect I flashed my Leo with many nand roms,but no matter what my phone freezing about all 1 or two hours or sometimes less. i dont know if the rom's are the reason for this or if it is a problem of hardware. in mostly happens. when i make a phone call or with out no reason . if any one has an idea why,or how i can fix it,please let me know .

We need more info to help you ..

1) List of ROMs you tried ..
2) What means "Freeze my phone" (freezed normal screen, black screen with/without backlight)
3) Any SD-ext used (+quality and class of micro sdcard)

-full rafdroid hd ext 3.0
-FutureShocks.miui.english.ClockworkMOD.v2.3
-HyperDroid-GBX-v5.0
-HyperDroid-GBX-v6.0
-HyperDroid-GBX-v7.0
-JawsMIUI141nand1.4
-futureshock.miui.english.nand.v2.2
now i have HyperDroid-v7.0

2) i am talking about "normal screen" freezing ,meaning as it on the screen in that moment(calling,game,other application) and the lower part of the phone in the aria of battery a little bit warm(i don't know if it is relevant)

3) No SD-ext used (as i remember),High quality Micro SD HC 8GB Sandisk ,class2

like what? define problem please i dont think so

like what? do you mean problems with WM6.5? define problem please i dont think so,also in the past i flashed it with sd romes with WM (haret+CLRCAD) it was slow(working of rom) but there were no problems like this
