Unhappy [Solved] MileStone 2 got "Stoned"(Brick" :(

I was messing with the boot fequency and trying to OC it... and i totally screwed it up... Its now in the boot screen but kept looping...
I tried to Factory reset it, but didnt work... I tried to flash it.. but the RSD Lite detected it as S Flash OMAP3630 and it won't let me press start...
I hv few solutions in mind, but im not sure if it will work...

1. Enable USB debugging mode withOUT booting into the system...
2. Access the root file without booting into the system...
3. Is there a safe mode for MS2?

Plzzzzz helpppp me

DONATE TO ME
I'm sadly not all that great with recovering these phones but I can tell you that I had *exactly* the same problem and found that SBF was the solution. You may very well have the wrong version of the app which I sadly did at first and had the same problem.

The solution was to find and download RSD Lite v4.9 (or above) and that should recognize the milestone 2 and allow you to flash it properly! Here's a place you can find all of the SBF files for the MS2:

http://and-developers.com/sbf:milestone2

Hope that's helpful to you and you get your phone working again!

Edited: Also, you can download RSD Lite 4.9 from http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f166...eased-1106430/

Thanks for replying! But I have RSD 4.9 installed... I installed the Motorola driver (latest version as well) But the SBF can't detect the phone in sth like (AutophoneID) mode... But was detected in First-Come-First Serve Mode... as S Flash OMAP3630...
I tried to flash it by choosing the SBF in that [...] box, but [Start] box is still grayed out...

Did you start the Phone in bootloader mode (by turning the phone on while holding Camera + Volume Down buttons)?
