Trying to Enable this Start Menu Look But cant remember how

Hello there All, my Question is i have been trying to figure out what the heck i did to change my Start Mnu to this One.. was someone in rom do not believe it was custom, really hope someone can help me out here with this Thanks.

Ps bottom Screen Shots are mine, anyhows tho i've had this start menu on this rom and i just cant remember how i found it and still cant find it plz help here. Thanks Again.

Using Left Menu Button > Start Menu > Settings
Scroll down till you see "Start Menu Settings"
Change View from "List View" back to "Grid View - press Done & Exit
You should be back to "Grid View" - do a reboot if necessary.

the last one is a program, Smarttoolkit or something like that, i have installed before, but its dificult to close aplications or turn off the phone, i have to uninstall that for problems, if you want i can upload for you to test...
