S-ON may be your problem

Nope, S-ON has nothing to do with it, i have the same HBOOT and also S-ON.

I would try using a new sd card, or doing a complete format of everything in recovery e.g. wipe system/partition/ext-partition/boot/cache, all that stuff.

How long are you waiting whilst the white HTC screen is shown? It can take 10-15 minutes to progress from that screen upon installing a new rom; this is perfectly normal.

s-on would not be the issue since it is imposable to get s-off for the wildfire at the moment. re your issue - try leaving it for about an hour to boot (or at least 10 mins - an hours a bit overkill. also, try another rom)

I would hazard a guess that the problem your facing is flashing the kernel first then the rom....but then again thinking about it the kernel in rom package would just overwrite it.

Try wipe/erase and then just flash a Tom then wait for a boot. Flash it from recovery manually and don't use Tom manager
