Default Bluetooth Keyboard?

Now that Bluetooth is unlocked, what sorts of keyboards have people tried with it?

I am thinking of getting one of these:

Flexible keyboards are a mess, and I'm not sure the small keyboard would be an improvement over thumb keyboard. I was thinking of looking at the XOOM keyboard, but I'm waiting for the next honeycomb release (that may have bluetooth)
Have: Nexus 4, Transformer+Dock, iPod Touch, Nexus 7
Had: Tab 10.1, Focus, Touchpad, iPad 1, Focus S, Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, Captivate
Want: Nexus 10

What about this one, a little larger (and cheaper!):

As noted in the development forum, I was able to pair a Think Outside Stowaway bluetooth keyboard successfully with the SD image.

I've just banged out a film review in Docs to Go with a Logitech diNovo keyboard on CM7 - worked like a charm. I'm thinking of picking up an Apple wireless keyboard - the diNovo is too big to carry around, and needed for my desktop!

Yep, that is the direction I am going after reading many reviews...

hm....That's the only really good keyboard I've found, too. I was hoping that I'd find something less expensive, though.

Why is it so hard to make a slim portable BT-keyboard that's big enough to be actually useful? I really don't need the apple tax and/or fancy extras like foldability

Something like this form factor would be great for me, as over the years I can pretty much type as fast on a mobile 5row keyboard as i can on a regular one.
