What r u after, just the icon, text & toggle button?
Well, I was rooted, but lost that on the upgrade. In any case, leave the on/off text and satellite symbol as is and make the rest transparent. And if you can lose the widget label, that would be even better, but I won't push it.

poweramp not working, I installed it and it says that 'cannot open this version of poweramp, please download the one from market' or something along that lines.
I use android 2.1, Sony Xperia X10
Not sure. The app is rather old as that one is 1.0 and the latest is 1.4. If someone can upload the latest APK someone can make it transparent and that may work.
That APK has over 300 downloads and this is the first time I've seen a complaint on it.
Following ilangoadigal's directions on how to mod an apk, and using kam333's background images from Pandora 1.5.7, I am proud to say I was able to make Pandora's 1.5.8 widget transparent!!!
YAY!!!!!!
I installed it in my phone and it works flawlessly! Yay me again!!!
I am trying to figure out how to use Gimp, a photoshop program, and as soon as I figure out how to make the backgrounds transparent (without using previous images from you guys), I will help create the other widgets that have been requested.
The signed apk is attached.
Thanks so much ilangoadiga and kam333 for helping me and guiding me through this process (even though you didn't know )
Ok, I'm done with my speech
