if u buy new defy there is no point to install this because it's original stock rom
this rom is for those ppl who flash froyo and want to switchback to stock 2.1 indian rom .

Copy the file on ur device in a specific folder ( just do a search on the forum regarding the nanroid backups and u are good to go )
Root

Install custom recovery for Defy

Then boot in recovery

Go to backup and restore menu

go to Restore

Hi ankit360, is this the same rom as the one used in Indonesia? I can only remember the SEA and 2.51.0. Can anyone please confirm? Is it possible to flash back to this version after I installed Pays/Korean. I never used Chinese rom prior to pays or korean (still confused about reverting back to eclair). Thanks

Just tried to restore my nandroid from last official SEA then flash the sbf. Everything seems to be normal. Most of previously installed applications FC. Gtalk won't run. Trying to factory reset

Okay. Everything runs perfectly after factory reset. I can even unroot my defy using superoneclick. Thanks ankit360 for the sbf
