Anyone know if the 29.99 unlimited will be "grandfathered" in?

on Verizonwireless.com for a 1year contract for 229.99. 1Yr. contract has $35 activation fee, 2yr activation is free. I just called Big Red, told them I was having website troubles, they waived the $35 fee :)

The data plan from what it looks like is 29.99 still- Unlimited...

Unlimited Data is $29.99/mo. No 4G premium and the assumption is that we will be grandfathered into this pricing. Not sure if it would still be possible for Verizon to force everyone off unlimited but no idea until the plans come out. I'm guessing they may lower the voice rates or add some type of special plans as an incentive for users to switch, but I doubt they will force people off. After all, there are still some people with the original 3G Mobile Broadband Unlimited for $59.99/mo and they can keep it as long as they stick with a 3G MBB device.

Didnt ATT bring back unlimited for the iphone and now Verizon is going to tiered?
Makes no sense

At least make regular 3g unlimited but put a cap on 4g
