Question [Q] Is it possible to increase volume?

Hello, does anyone know if there is a volume limitation (usually there is due to european legislation, don't know in the US).
If so is there a tweak to increase the volume (of the speaker mostly, and also earphones)?
I do not use it to play music out loud (i hate those doing it) but sometimes i miss some calls when in a noisy/crowded place, even with the vibrate and the "increase when in pocket" option. My remedy for now is to increase the gain of an audio mp3 with Audacity, and set it as a rigtone (i put it in /ringtones/ on the sdcard) it works but with a lot of distorsion...

PS: I'm on Virtuous 1.0.1

Only distortion if you don't know what your doing..

Open Dspmanager than enable equalizer, increase each bitrate of the EQ slightly.
Put the signal strength to moderate than play a song with a lot of bass to test.

If its distorted, decrease the bit rate or turn signal strength to slightly.

I combine dspmanager with power-amp for some insane eq.

thanks i didn't know about this app, somehow it does on the phone what i was doing with Audacity.

My question still remains, is there any hint of some AVLS on the G2?

Well PowerAmp is a must for me when playin music thru my headphones. Like previous post says, DSP Manager is the fix. Just dont try and overdo the settings.
