Are you sure? Cause the site says they're only on pre-order, along with the Play.

Its available only from 2nd week of April,right now they are taking orders

right, cause i didn't saw those phones before so i thought they are on sale now

its £420 on ebay unlocked and unbranded

You sure as it does say on the o2 website itself that the arc will be going to o2 aswell!
