Default [Q] Large Weather Widget
Does anyone know of an app that has its weather widget as 4x4 and takes up the whole screen. Something like this but a little bigger:

"Palmary Weather Pro" is o the market. it works well and has widgets in many sizes including 4x4. If you use Launcher Pro, you can stretch most widgets to fit full screen as well.
