Does anyone know if flashing an AOSP rom for the S5 will eliminate the infamous triband issue that sprint customers are suffering from?

Not sure why a AOSP ROM would change the issue with Tri-band phones

Mostly wishful thinking. But since we know that the triband issue is a software one, I was hoping that an AOSP rom could somehow avoid the tower glitch.
