hello! is this possible to install kitkat on lenovo thinkpad tablet?

There is no official update beyond 4.0.3 and there is no one left developing for this device. With a locked bootloader and low hardware specifications it may not be worth their time and effort.

However, if development was to proceed, I suspect the primary task would be creating and updated kernel. Any takers?
