I have issue regarding HD calling

First of all I disabled WiFi calling along with VoLte.
However, whenever I try calling someone with my phone, it switch to HD calling. And that makes the audio quality sucks and sometimes I lose connection with the other person. I hate this.

The only solution I can find is just disabling mobile data. Anyone can help?

With VoLTE Disabled, HD calling should therefore be disabled. make sure you've followed the steps in this thread:

If HD calling continues, perhaps you could call tech support and have them disable VoLTE provisioning from their end.
