I tried downloading the G900TUVU1BNF6 firmware package from Sammobile several times and the zip is always corrupt and I'm not finding other download sources. My phone is still on G900TUVU1ANE6 with towelroot and I'm trying to get it up to date without losing root. Can I just install "G3" without upgrading incrementally? (Skip F6 altogether?)

Yes, you can skip and or downgrade backwards with no issues.
