I have an HTC One M8: twrp, stock ROM, S-On, firmware, cidnum: T-MOB003

My stock ROM has been having some bugs and I would like to fix this and factory reset isn't fixing them. What would be the best way to do this?

My thoughts are:
Flashing a fresh stock ROM (can't seem to find the right file though?)
Restoring stock ROM from nandroid backup (don't have one and can't seem to find the right one for me either?)
Using RUU (I have no idea how to do this)

Any tips/suggestions?

Flashing a new Hboot.
Can I simply flash Hboot version with the following command
sudo fastboot flash hboot
Another question do I flash the entire zip over or extraxt the file and send only the binary file "mmcblk0p11" over. Will doing this wipe any data on the device?
