Speaker Part Number

Anyone knows the part number for the speaker module? Found a site that sells it nut it has two different part numbers listed. Want to be sure I'm getting the right one.

Ive buyed a speaker here:

Is this an easy install? My speaker just let out (heavy cracking). I like this table and would like to repair it if possible.

Are there instructions for the repair?
