Hello! I recently started having big problems with my battery life. I have a Verizon galaxy note 3, with safestrap and Hyperdrive ROM installed. A few days ago, my battery started to drain much quicker than normal. I looked at the battery info, and saw that the android system was using the most battery by far; even more than the screen. I then saw that my CPU usage never dropped below 70% and usually hovered around 90%. Next, I went to developer settings and looked at the CPU processes. I saw that "system_server" was using up most of the CPU. This persists through a reboot, and drains battery life incredibly quickly, about 15% per 20 minutes. I cleared the cache and dalvic cache, and this had no effect on the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience? Thanks.
