Default [Q] Setting Default Font Size in ROM Build

Where would I find the file that contains the default font size information. I'm building my own ROM and have changed the default font type but would like to set the default size of the font at time of flashing to the smallest possible size but have not been able to locate the file to do so. I've spent several hours looking through framework-res.apk and twframework-res.apk. I'm sure their in there somewhere and before spending more time looking for it, thought I would ask. Appreciate any help that could point me in the right direction. Thanks.

I'm unsure where to find it in the system, but if you look in the database
Settings Storage -> system -> font_scale
You can set it that way. Tiny is 0.71.

Sorry if I sound clueless here, but where do I find the database?

You'll need SQLite Editor from play store to find it on your phone, or you can flash it via recovery using the sqlite binary, a shell script, and a SQL query.

I'm actually wanting to do this in my ROM also but haven't looked into it much yet, but here's the SQL query that I currently have (untested, may need work as I'm a bit rusty with SQL queries).
Code:
UPDATE system SET value='0.85' WHERE name='font_scale';
I'm sure there's a place in the ROM, I've just not found it yet. I've seen ROMs on other devices in the past with font scale set low.
