Not really but @MrHyde03 might have a idea. I'm not sure what was modded for the camera sound.

Sure thing. Open /system/CSC/feature.XML

Find: <CscFeature_Camera_ShutterSoundMenu>false</CscFeature_Camera_ShutterSoundMenu>

And change it to:
<CscFeature_Camera_ShutterSoundMenu>true</CscFeature_Camera_ShutterSoundMenu>

Reboot. You should now have the sound menu option in camera settings.
