I don't know much about wifi calling and I did a search to see if the Verizon G3 will get it but couldn't find anything. Is there a chance that it will get it or no?

The only US carrier that supports wifi calling is T-Mobile from what I've been able to find =o( Couldn't find anything on future support from VZW either.

Verizon does not offer any WiFi calling devices....nor do I see them doing this anytime soon. Sprint is the only other carrier I have seen do this.
