The HTC_Magician extended rom resides in normal flash memory. at offset 0x82c00000 ( that is in the device i examined, this may have changed in newer versions )
it is not locked as the blueangel or himalaya extended roms are.
writing to this flash memory can be done in way very similar to how pnewbootloader flashes the bootloader. use extreme care when doing so. one typing mistake may destroy your device. there are no safeguards.
