bluetooth: TI BRF6150 E1 (same as on HTC Universal)

from some wgpio / asic3 watching, we're guessing the following:

  • the bluetooth is on FFUART.
  • GPIOD6 (output): wifi power
  • EGPIO6  : 3v3 enable
  • GPIOB4 (input) : irq?
  • GPIOC7 (output): reset?
