WARNING! When flashing a device via USB(Activesync) connection, DO NOT connect the device to a hub. This will cause problems and may interfere with other devices connected to the hub and result in a failed ROM flash. Alternatively, avoid all connection issues by flashing via MicroSD card (must be 2GB or less, or non-SDHC. Cards formatted for FAT32 with a 1024 cluster size. Cards less than 512MB may not work well formatted this way.)
