ROM Flashing Guides

Upgrading Custom ROMs/Kitchens & associated radios with flashing guides

WARNING! When flashing a device via USB(Activesync) connection, DO NOT connect the device to a hub. This will cause problems and may interfere with other devices connected to the hub and result in a failed ROM flash. Alternatively, avoid all connection issues by flashing via MicroSD card (must be 2GB or less, or non-SDHC. Cards formatted for FAT32 with a 1024 cluster size. Cards less than 512MB may not work well formatted this way.)

TitanMemoryMap Status Update:

The coders for the Google Android project have been working hard on kernel patches for the Qualcomm msm7k processors. The mogul uses the msm7500 and these patches found at the following link supposedly boot on these processors.

Android is now running at least partially on the Titan. You can make and receive calls and browse the web. However, the keyboard is not yet functional. See http://it029000.massey.ac.nz/vogue/ for more details.
