Is there any way to update it?

Yes.

Code:
// backup bios
fptw.exe -d pipo-w2-old-bios.bin
// backup windows key
fptw.exe -a 0x580000 -l 0x100 -d msdm.bin
// flash new bios
fptw.exe -f I8080_MIPI_V3.1.5_FT_GC2235_OV5648_LogoPiPO.bin
// restore windows key
fptw.exe -a 0x580000 -l 0x100 -f msdm.bin
I downgraded my BIOS to the original version, which is the one you have, and both cameras work fine. This means that a BIOS update might not fix your issue. Did you try deleting both camera device from Device Manager and have them re-detected? Maybe also do the same with "Intel(R) Imaging Signal Processor 2400".

another thing is about downloading from baidu pan,

from my experience, download from baidu pan need no account nor install specified software, you just have to select and download one file at a time (no folder), each file no more than 1G (maybe 2G),works with IDM.

I am Chinese btw.

Thanks for your help.

I didn't try updating the bios but tried to delete and detected and it didn't work.

Now i see an error saying Device_power_Failure.

PiPO W2 front camera problem - looks like a film negative
I have only just tested the front camera - 2 months after getting it - and there is a problem. The foreground looks like a film negative.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Intel Imaging Signal Processor 2400 driver, but it makes no difference.

What can I try next?
