Have you 3043.0000.1326.0017 for a firmware version? And your OS version, it is how much?

According to the NCS rm-878 is not supported by the tool

EDIT

As per usual I only kind of followed instructions. Turns out the version of NCS I had been using didn't support my phone, but the one in the tutorial did! Thanks very much, I got updated and I'm on my way to 8.1 with preview for developers.
