Ever since I used Flashify to flash a recovery, I cannot flash any recoveries via the Updater app as it will not flash. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

You can't flash recovery using updater app. Use your custom recovery to flash an other recovery or rom.

But not working updater app is normal, because it's linked to MiRecovery.
