Cm10 uses fxp's custom kernel ! So you cant flash it over cm10..

Not sure if this will work, but you can try this:

Flash the flashable stock ROM, when it's done, turn your phone of, connect it to the pc, and flash the stock kernel.sin.

It's in the FTF files, you can extract it from there. That's the only way I think you could fix your phone as fast as possible. Also, when flashing this stock ROM you must format system and do a wipe data/factory reset, like usual.

Thumbs up If you feel less internal memory;
If you feel that your internal memory is LOW after clean installation,

install a root browser and navigate to the /Data folder and delete ALL of the Lost+Found folder !

I have tested.
It is working well. Stock firmware version with root.
Could be a good way to debug in case of crash...if the CWM is still alive. ^^
