Your right on that one: Ext4 may be faster, but ext2 is supported by, like, every android phone/tablet
. So my preference goes to ext2, but yeah, it doesn't really matter. Sorry for giving bad-critics!

Eh, perhaps you might want to do some research. Moving apps to your external SD is very handy! It relieves the flash/phone memory of your phone, so it will work faster. Plus you can install more apps(assuming you have a 4GB+ SD card), that won't affect your performance. Only downside is that you have to be rooted.
