Xperia J and all the phones in this section are entry level phones and will remain on 4.0/4.1 forever.

Of course we will not get it from sony, even not from FXP Team. We are talking about some talented developer here.[COLOR="Silver"]

Question
I know it's easy to say but, I think FXP or any other great developer should (at least) try porting 4.4 to our devices (JLo) because we have the "minimum requirements". We should keep in mind that JB requirements are "bigger" than KK ones, and Google said:

Quote:

RAM (or memory) is one of the most expensive parts of a phone, and now Android can run comfortably on the 512MB of RAM devices (like JLo) that are popular in much of the world, bringing the latest goodies in Android 4.4 within reach for the next billion smartphone users.

So KK would be great! There's no harm in trying.

Sorry for my English

Sorry for my English

FXP already said they are not supporting Xperia J anymore and you guys should stop hoping for upgrades to budget phones from Sony.

Post No for Tipo
I sent a PM to the FXP Team about whether our device will receive the update. We won't. Yes. Our device meets the requirements. But, Our chipset is not supported. This was their reply... OUR CHIPSET IS NOT SUPPORTED.
