[E dual] Problem with my CyanogenMod

So, my sim cards get killed, wifi gets killed, and i cant charge my phone. And all that happens every around 10 reboots. Heres my rom: http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2518451
I was thinking about what it could be the problem but cant find it. If i restore from recovery while my phone has the bug, it doesnt get fixed. Can you help me?

the link he provided and said to be the rom he uses is hsr0's.. so yeah, i guess he has his kernel lol

the battery issue shouldn't happen in hsr0 dual recovery kernel
(even i use hsr0 rom but without that kernel battery issues start
