Why don't you try resetting your phone via Sony SUS
That may help.. Here Is the link..
Sony Update Service (SUS)

Dont Forget To Hit Thanks
And if that does not works.. Try flashing the tipo's ftf for your phone..

install romtoolbox or find some way to change minmax of the device. set ongoing process reserved memory 100. it will do the job.
or download the xbooster app from store .. put the device in gaming mode.. u r done.

if it works plz.. Thank button wont cost u anything.

the only difference between xbooster and minmax manager is the that u cant configure values in xbooster but u can do so in minmax manger(rom toolbox).

alternate.. install superchager script search xda.
