Post [Q] My friend deleted the 'system/app' folder in my Xperia E by mistake

Yesterday my friend deleted that folder.
My device is only rooted and I dont have cwd or anything else
Now its not booting from the loading screen pls help i cant wait i am very tensed
i tries sony flashtool but my bootloader is not unlocked
PLS HELP !!!
I WILL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU
